The University of Malta Students’ Council has announced its 2014 annual general meeting which will be held on the 2nd of April at Sir Temi Zammit Hall. In a notice found at the centre of this month’s @KSU pamphlet, the council announced that it will be holding the General Meeting next Wednesday, together with the temporary agenda for the meeting:1. Appointment of Chair 2. Approval of the Agenda 3. Approval of the Last AGM’s Minutes 4. Annual Reports 5. Appointment of the Board of Discipline and Board of Appeal. 6. Appointment of an Auditor 7. Appointment of a Lawyer 8. Appointment of an Architect. 9. Appointment of an Electoral Commission. 10. Decisions regarding motions put forward by the executive and other students. 11. Nominations and presentations of candidates for the next executive.
The notice asks students to present any motions which are to be presented during the meeting to the council’s Secretary General in order to include them in the agenda.
