‘Are you sexually healthy? Are you being safe… and safe from what? Can you ever be sure?’

The Malta Medical Students’ Association will once again be organizing the MMSA Valentine’s Day Campaign on Campus in collaboration with MHSA. The event will take place on 13 and 14 February between 10:00am and 1:00pm at the university quadrangle.

The aim of the campaign is to promote safe sex and the value of love on Valentine’s day. Information leaflets on sexual health, STDs and contraception will be distributed. Students will also be able to collect freebies and enter a number of competitions.

Students are also encouraged to donate blood at the MMSA Blood Drive Campaign, taking place on the same two days, outside car park 6 on campus (near Gateway).

The campaign is being sponsored by St. James Hospital, toysfourplay, Tuttofood Ltd. (Ancams Marketing Ltd.) and Citadel Health Insurance Ltd. It is also fully supported by the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate.
